YKON Mind
The PC for local AI: images, videos and language models on your desk
For everyone who wants to create things with AI without a subscription and without the data leaving the house: images, short videos, your own assistants and agents with local language models. What matters most is graphics memory, so this one has a card with 16 GB. It runs current image models such as Krea 2, video models such as Wan 2.2 and language models up to the 20B class. We work with local AI on a 16 GB card ourselves every day and tell you openly what works and what does not. The memory sits in two modules and two slots stay free: if you want 64 GB later, you simply add two more. To be honest: if you only want to write with a language model, a Mac mini is often the better choice. If you want to create images and videos, there is hardly a way around Nvidia. Drivers and CUDA are set up. Tell us in your request which programs you want to use: we include matching instructions, and on request we set them up for you, the price for that is in the quote. Twice the graphics memory comes with the YKON Mind Pro, with an RTX 5090 (32 GB) and 64 GB of memory. Only brand-new components, fitted by hand and stress-tested for 24 hours before shipping. Built in the Corsair iCUE 5000X RGB with a glass front and glass side panels. If you prefer something plainer, choose the Sharkoon TK4 RGB below and it costs 300 euros less.
We do not keep components in stock. After your order we buy the parts, build the system by hand and run a 24-hour stress test. Shipping usually takes 7 to 10 working days.
