“Two left, one waits, I give the signal.” If that sentence comes up in your team, it very likely came from you. You see the map like a plan, and you almost always have one.
You want to win, but not just anyhow, rather because the strategy works out. That is why you know the maps, the numbers behind the abilities and every setting that gives you a better overview. A second monitor with notes? Of course.
Your team follows you because you stay calm when things get hectic. And because after a defeat you do not rant, you explain.
Strengths
+You keep the overview when everyone else is just reacting.
+You explain well and make other players better.
+You understand game systems down to the last detail.
Pitfalls
!Not every round needs a master plan.
!When nobody listens, you get loud faster than you would like.
!Sometimes you forget to play yourself because you are so busy directing.

The right setup
Monitor
A main monitor with 144 Hz and a second one for maps, notes and Discord. For you the second one is not a luxury but a tool.
Graphics card
A mid-range card is enough, MOBAs and tactical shooters are mostly not graphics-heavy. Important: enough outputs for two monitors.
Processor
A strong processor with several cores. Many players, large maps and programs running alongside demand more from it than from the graphics card.
Memory and storage
32 GB of RAM, because you always have browser, Discord, notes and the game open at the same time.
Accessories
A microphone that sounds clear and without noise. Your voice is your most important tool.
Software
Discord with push-to-talk, a notes app on the second monitor and your game's replay feature for the debrief.
