Peace and quiet, a drink, a big game board. You like games where you are allowed to think, and you like them best without an audience. Competition yes, but at your own pace please.
Your PC should be quiet and simply work. You do not want to fiddle with settings, you want to polish your next turn. When the fan gets loud, it disturbs your concentration more than any opponent.
People like to underestimate you because you are not loud. That is a mistake your opponents usually only make once.
Strengths
+You stay patient and precise even in long matches.
+You make considered decisions instead of hectic ones.
+You do not need expensive graphics to have real fun.
Pitfalls
!Sometimes you think for so long that the moment has passed.
!Games with time pressure stress you more than necessary.
!One wrong key and an hour of planning is gone. Do not forget to save.

The right setup
Monitor
WQHD or Full HD with 60 to 144 Hz. For turn-based games, overview counts more than speed.
Graphics card
An entry-level card is enough for most of your games. Quiet rather than powerful.
Processor
The processor matters more than the graphics card, especially in late game phases with lots of calculations.
Memory and storage
16 GB is enough, 32 GB if you play big campaigns or mods.
Accessories
A large, good cooler and quiet fans. For you, silence is a feature.
Software
Not much: drivers up to date, save games in the cloud, and turn off the screen saver so it does not surprise you mid-thought.
